KUNG FU & AIKIDO
One of the methods for controlling the internal energy is "Chi Kung" that prescribes three following ways: 1- Soft 2- Tough 3- Soft & Tough
The soft way, also referred as medical method, is planned for prevention of diseases, medical treatment, health care, and reinforcement of physical health while the tough method, also called fight method, has been innovated for combating, breaking tough as well as harsh objects, and developing muscles with the aim of increasing their resistance against strong blows and kicks. The third one, which is a combined and more complete method, deals with the two aspects and trains a perfect fighter.
